First day

I am here now only for 24 hours and already it seems like a week. Today we've travelled from Tiranë via Elbasan to Berat. On the way we had a wonderful warm hearted stop at the house of the mother of one of the travel contact agencies of Cees. She told stories about the communist time and the suffering she have had. A strong good hearted woman.....
I was planning to upload some pictures and not write too much, but I have taken all the pictures in RAW format and that is not suitable to upload. So for today I limit myself to this little note.

Still at home...

 Will it fit or not? Luckily I have one more complete day to decide .... It feels weird to be packing stuff anticipating a climate quite the opposite of what it is now in Holland (right now it is rather fresh, I would even say cold for the time of year). 

                                       

preparations

Dear friends,
Since I don't know what language to choose, I'll go for English. Basically I intend to put pictures on the blog and give you a photo report. Let's see how that works out....
Still I am in Amsterdam, preparing my trip...

I hope to be able to give you some of my impressions..
